Meet the Baker

Hi there! I’m Rylee, your local baker! I started this business 4 years ago when I was 14 as an in-home micro-bakery. My dad and I spent months building a commercial kitchen and now this business has grown to a full on bakery! I have seven younger siblings (hence the name) and enjoy all things food.

At Sevenfold Bakery I focus on creating delicious baked goods made with simple, real ingredients. My goal is to nourish my community with real food.

Some of you may ask “Why the name Sevenfold?”‍ ‍As I mentioned before I have seven younger siblings. “Fold” is also kind of a nod to folding your bread. The deeper meaning behind the name is “seven” has long been a symbol of completeness and wholeness. I strive to use whole ingredients in all or my baked goods so I feel that name really reflects my story and mission.
